 Access Statement: 

Due to the age of the premises visitors will encounter uneven floors, low and narrow doorways, steps and stairs, although ground floor public areas generally are reasonably level, with ramped access from the car park and to the garden.

 Arrivals & departures:

Rooms are available from 4pm on arrival date, and guests are required to check out no later than 10am on departure date. Guests departing before 9am are requested to settle accounts previous evening

 Deposits & Cancellations: 

A deposit of £20 per room is requested at the time of booking. Deposits are not returnable in the event of cancellation or failure to arrive.
